HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23043 OF 2016 ORDER:
The case of the petitioners is that the 1st petitioner was issued Patta No.908 by the 2nd respondent in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.2.64 cents in Survey Nos.433/1A, 433/2A, 433/3A and 433/4A; the 2nd petitioner was issued Patta No.906 by the 1st respondent in respect of the land to an extent of 1.66 cents in Survey Nos.433/9B, 433/10A, and 433/10B; and the 3rd petitioner was issued Patta No.907 by the 1st respondent in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.2.64 cents in Survey Nos.433/5B, 433/6B 433/7B and 433/8B, situated at Chittadu Village, Guduru Kota Mandal, Guduru Revenue Division of Nellore District. All the aforesaid pattas were issued on 2.03.2008 to the petitioners and the petitioners are in possession by cultivating the aforesaid lands.
While so, the petitioners submitted a representation dated 08.06.2016 to the 1st respondent seeking to enter their names in digital records in the computers and thereby issue Adangals, I-B extract as well as Title Deeds. But, as no action is taken by the 1st respondent till today, present writ petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Since the representation dated 08.06.2016 submitted by the petitioners is pending before the 1st respondent, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the said representation, in accordance with law after issuing notice to the affected parties if any, within a
period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
