THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No. 15151 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners with the following relief : " to declare the action of the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 in not issuing D-Form ( Patta Certificates) to the petitioners in Sy.No.335 of Zaheerabad Village and Mandal, Medak District as illegal, arbitrary and also contrary to law and consequently direct respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to issue D-Form (Patta Certificates) in favour of the petitioners herein as per the proceedings dt. 04.10.2002 of the then respondent No.5 forthwith". It is brought to the notice of this Court that the question, which falls for consideration in this Writ Petition, is squarely covered by the Order of this Court in W.P.No.16128 of 2005, dt. 23.06.2008. Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of on the same lines to that of W.P.No.16128 of 2005 dt. 23.06.2008.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. The Registry is directed to append the copy of Writ Petition No.16128 of 2005 to this petition.

The miscellaneous petition, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
