HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No. 605 OF 2015 ORDER:

The petitioners, who are A-1 and A-2 filed the present application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking release in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.417 of 2014 of Amaberpet Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 506 IPC.

When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represents that the police referred the case as lack of evidence and nothing survives in the present application. In view of the said representation, the present criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to it, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
