ORDER:

Aggrieved by the orders transferring the petitioners to a place other than the place of their choice, petitioners preferred appeals to the Commissioner and Director of School Education under Rule 16 of the Telangana Teachers (Regulation of Transfers) Rules, 2018. Alleging inaction on the said appeals, this writ petition is filed.

Since petitioners have already availed the remedy of appeal, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Commissioner and Director of School Education to pass appropriate orders on appeals preferred by petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
