This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 03.07.2013, in I.A.No.30 of 2013 in O.S.No.33 of 2004 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Achampet, whereby the Court below dismissed the petition. 2.

The information obtained by the Registry from the official website of ecourts shows that O.S.No.33 of 2004 itself was dismissed on 22.01.2016.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this revision petition for further adjudication and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
