Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana).

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings No.466 of 2018, dated 09.08.2018, of the fourth respondent, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the fourth respondent to issue the pattadar pass books to the petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.6.00 cents in Survey No.437/ 1, situated at Gurjal village, Bellampally Mandal, Mancherial District. 4.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that if four months time is given, the Revenue Divisional Officer - the third respondent would definitely dispose of the appeal, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Revenue Divisional Officer - third respondent to dispose of the appeal filed against the orders of the Tahsildar - fourth respondent, in proceedings No.466 of 2018, dated 09.08.2018, as early as possible, preferably within a period of

three to five months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after hearing all the concerned, in accordance with law. 6.
