THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION No.43577 OF 2022 ORDER :

The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent Nos.3 and 4 are not acting upon her complaints dated 19.09.2022 and 23.09.2022.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, and perused the material available on record.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted that on the complaint dated 23.09.2022 lodged by the petitioner, FIR.No.237 of 2022 of Mahabubnagar I Town Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, was registered on 24.09.2022 for the offences under Sections 447, 427, 509, 504 and 506 IPC. A copy of the said FIR is produced before this Court and also a copy of the same is furnished by the learned Assistant Government Pleader to the learned counsel for the petitioner today.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition is closed as no further orders are required to be passed.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending
