As the petitioner already approached the appellate authority aggrieved by the order dated 19.10.2015 of the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, rejecting his application for grant of an arms licence, the writ petition is disposed of directing the appellate authority, the 1st respondent herein, to consider the petitioner's appeal on merits and pass appropriate reasoned orders thereon in accordance with law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
