As there was no representation on behalf of the learned counsel on either side on 01.12.2016, the matter was listed to 02.12.2016 under the caption " for orders" . Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
