This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing Lr.No.ADE/OP/mir alam/D.No.279, dt.10.06.2016. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

This court, on 26.07.2016, while admitting the writ petition has granted interim order in WP.MP.No.30294 of 2016 which reads as follows; "The third respondent is hereby directed to restore the Service Connection No.V3014036, situated at Nandimuslaguda, Attapur, Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy District, on payment of 50% of the assessed amount by the petitioner." In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to determine the amount under Section 154(5) of the Electricity Act, if not already done and till such exercise is done, the interim order granted on 26.07.2016 will continue. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
