This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to direct the Family Co u rt, C i t y Civil Court, Hyderabad, to dispose of F.C.O.P.No.1597 of 2010 expeditiously.

The aforesaid O.P. is filed by the respondent herein seeking restitution of conjugal rights. The only grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of filing counter in the O.P., the matter is not being disposed of.

As the O.P. is filed under Family Courts Act, 1984, in the year 2010, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the revision petition with a direction to the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to dispose of the O.P. on its own merits, if not already disposed of, within a period of three
