This writ petition is filed for a direction to respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's complaint/representation dated 28.08.2018, and to provide protection to the petitioner and his family.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into by the respondent police and found that there is no threat to the life of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even yesterday also petitioner received threats from third parties. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioner to approach the 5th respondent by filing complaint if he receives any threats and on such complaint the 5th respondent is to take appropriate action, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
