...RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 ot the Constitution of lnd ia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the inaction of the 3rd respondent in taking action against the 4th respondent for issuing the Valuation Certificate without verifying the records in respect of the premises bearing H.No. 7-'t 63 which is not in existence, inspite of the written complaint dL.27-5-2016 followed by repeated visits, as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional and consequently direct the Respondent Nos. 3 herein to take action disciplinary action against the 4th respondent for issuing the Valuation Certificate without verifying the records, and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Honble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

On 25.01.2019, 07.O3.2OI9 and 27.O1.2O25, when the matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, and therefore the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "for Dismissal". Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute this case.
