HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.16430 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. The Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of parties. Initially, the petitioner was appointed as a fair price shop dealer on temporary basis, and subsequently she was appointed on permanent basis. Her authorization is valid till 31.03.2016. The third respondent issued show cause notice dated 25.04.2015, to which the petitioner submitted her explanation on 16.05.2015. The petitioner's grievance is that, despite her representation dated 04.06.2015 seeking release of essential commodities for the month of June, 2015, there was no response. Hence the writ petition.

Since the authorization subsists as on today, the third respondent is directed to release the stock to the petitioner so long as the authorization of the petitioner is valid and is in force. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
