This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioneraccused No.3 to quash the FIR. No.44 of 2022 against him on the file of Station House Officer, Miryalguda II Town Police Station. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.

The grievance of the de facto complainant is that certain amounts were taken by this petitioner and other accused for the purpose of getting employment.

Since the evidence in the present case is circumstantial in nature, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the investigating agency to conclude investigation as expeditiously as possible. Needless to say, the investigating agency shall consider the representation given by the petitioner-accused No.3.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
