ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the Sub-Registrar in refusing to entertain the document presented by the petitioner relating to Ac.3.10 guntas in Sy.No.89/E/1 of Togarrai village, Kodad Mandal, Nalgonda District on the ground that the survey number is black listed even though there is no such notification issued by the Government under Section 22-A of the Registration Act.

2. Learned Government Pleader obtained instructions, which state that the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Nalgonda, by order dated 01.07.2015 passed in I.A.No.743 of 2015 in O.S.No.274 of 2015 directed conditional attachment of the said property and that the petitioner is the sole defendant in the said suit.

3. In view of the above, the action of the Sub-Registrar cannot be faulted and no relief can be granted in this writ petition. Petitioner, however, is at liberty to approach the said civil Court and seek vacation of the attachment order, if he is so advised. The writ petition is dismissed, however, with the liberty aforesaid. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
