THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO W.P.No.26649 of 2013 O R D E R:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4. 2.

The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: "to pass order or give direction or issue a writ more particularly a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents No.1 to 3 by which they shifting the respondents/Accused No 5 to 17 in different jails by which they are not being produced before the trail , which is delaying the commencement of trail for more than two years in the Criminal Case vide S.C.No. 400/2011 pending on the file of VI Additional District Judge at Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District is illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent No. 1 to 3 to lodge the respondents No 5 to 17/Accused No.1 to 13 in any Hyderabad or any nearest Jail to facilitate the Trail Court commencement of trail and dispose of the above case expeditiously and pass such other order or orders as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case" 3.

The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 brought to the notice of the Court that the trial in SC.No.400 of 2011 is completed and the accused therein were acquitted by judgment dt.04.11.2015.

In that view of the matter, particularly looking at the prayer, no further cause would survive in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any shall stand dismissed.
