This contempt case is filed alleging violation of order dated 27-06-2016 passed in WP.No.20327 of 2016. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue states that survey is conducted and the same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
