It is stated by learned counsel on both sides that the order of this Court dated 21-08-2017 passed in WP No.29066 of 2017 has been complied with, but with delay.

02. In view of the same, I do not see any reason to take further steps in the matter. The contempt case is accordingly closed. However, the respondents shall be more careful in future in complying the orders of this Court within time and shall not repeat the same. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
