As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 09.07.2015, the matter was directed to be listed on 10.07.2015 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even on 10.07.2015 as there was no representation in the morning and afternoon session, the matter was listed today under the same caption. Despite listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in the morning and afternoon session. It indicates that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.

2. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs.

3. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
