HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI CONTEMPT CASE No.2017 of 2022 O R D E R:

This contempt case is filed seeking the following relief: "...pleased to punish the respondents herein under the provision of Contempt of Courts Act for willful disobedience in compliance of the Order dt 01/11/2022 in W P No 34754 of 2022 and pass..."

This Court on 01.11.2022 has passed the orders directing the respondents to take appropriate action, if the 5th respondent makes any construction, without obtaining permission from the 4th respondent-Gram Panchayat.

Sri V. Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the orders of this Court are not implemented by the respondents. 4.

Sri P. Kishore Rao, learned Standing Counsel submits that on 24.11.2022, they have granted permission in favour of the 5th respondent in the Writ Petition and accordingly the 5th respondent is going ahead with the construction. It is stated that after the orders passed by this Court, when the 5th respondent is going ahead with the constructions, they stopped the construction. Thereafter, 5th respondent as per the procedure has obtained the permission. It is submitted that now the constructions that are made by the 5th respondent are pursuant to the permission granted by the Gram Panchayat.
