HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.28446 OF 2017 ORDER:
This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing the annual grade periodical increments to the petitioner, pending with effect from 01.11.2011 to till date and also in not effecting pay revision scale to the petitioner which was effected on 15.03.2015, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to release the annual grade periodical increments from 01.11.2011 to till date with all other consequential benefits.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in respect of her grievance the petitioner has already submitted comprehensive representation to the 3rd respondent on 16.03.2017, but the same is not being considered. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services. It is to be seen that the petitioner was suspended on 05.12.2011 and subsequently reinstated by virtue of the orders passed by the Tribunal in OA.No.2438/2013. Ultimately, she was imposed minor penalty of 'Censure' vide proceedings dated 17.02.2014.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner by taking the aforesaid facts into
consideration, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
