THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.5817 of 2017 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to Crime No.177 of 2017 of Hasanparthy Police Station, Warangal Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 504 and 506 read with 34 IPC and Section 3 (1) (a) (r) (s) (u) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015 and quash the same.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the police, after completion of investigation in the aforesaid crime, filed charge sheet and therefore, the cause in this petition does not survive for further adjudication and it has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
