Petitioner states that he was in possession of land admeasuring Ac.0-50 cents in survey No.68/2 of Ambapuram Village, Vijayawada Rural Mandal, Krishna District. The said land is stated to be sold to the petitioner by the original owner Kesava Prasad, which was transferred from various hands, and ultimately petitioner has obtained registered agreement of sale cum General Power of Attorney on 10.02.2005 and claims to be in possession. Petitioner was given a notice under Rule 3 of the A.P. Assigned Lands (POT) Act, 2007 dated 31.03.2015 to which petitioner has already submitted explanation, dated 04.05.2015. However the present writ petition is filed alleging that without considering the said explanation, the fourth respondent is taking steps to dispossess the petitioner.
3. Since the petitioner has already filed his explanation to the notice, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the said explanation and pass appropriate orders. Till such orders are passed, the fourth respondent shall not take any steps to dispossess the petitioner. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
