After arguing the matter for sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, with a liberty to make a fresh representation. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, giving liberty to make a fresh representation. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
