CVNR, J CRP.No.4360 of 2016 THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY Civil Revision Petition No.4360 of 2016 Dated 09th September, 2016 ORDER:

Assailing the order, dated 22.07.2016, in I.A.No.492 of 2016 in O.P.No.664 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judge, Family Courtcum-V Additional District & Sessions Judge at Visakhapatnam, whereby he has awarded a sum of Rs.4,000/ - towards monthly maintenance in favour of the respondent pending the OP filed by the petitioner for decree for dissolution of marriage, the respondent in the said IA filed this civil revision petition. Sri R.Siva Sai Swaroop, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that while his client cannot seriously dispute his liability to pay interim maintenance, he is interested in early disposal of O.P.No.664 of 2015 along with O.P.No.1040 of 2015 which is filed by the respondent under Section 125 Cr.P.C., for maintenance. In the light of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, while declining to interfere with the order under revision, the lower Court is directed to dispose of both the OPs expeditiously.

Subject to above direction, the civil revision petition is dismissed.

As a sequel to dismissal of the CRP, CRP.MP.No.5682 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
