THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.31720 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, and the learned Government Pleaders for Mines and Geology, Social Welfare and Panchayat Raj.

A perusal of the material available before this Court discloses that, for redressal of their grievance, petitioners herein submitted a representation, dated 01.08.2018, to the District Collector, Mancherial-first respondent herein and, according to the learned counsel for the petitioners herein, despite lapse of considerable length of time, no action has been taken on the said representation and, in view of the same, petitioners herein are sustaining irreparable loss and hardship.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the respondent authorities entrusted works to respondent Nos.6 and 7, on nomination basis, and the same is contrary to the instructions issued by the first respondent herein, vide proceedings No.Plg.I/60/DMFT/ CCR-BPL/2017, dated 08.06.2018.

Having heard the learned counsel on either side and, as the representation, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, is pending consideration before the first

respondent herein, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the District Collector, Mancherial-first respondent herein to verify the representation, dated 01.08.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, and take further action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and, pending consideration of the said representation, status quo, with regard to the allotment of tenders, pertaining to the works at S.Nos.263 to 274, shall be maintained.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI,J 05th September, 2018 Tsy
