THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.31776 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleaders for Endowments and Stamps and Registration.

A perusal of the material available before this Court discloses that, for redressal of his grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation to the Commissioner, Endowments Department, Gollapudi-second respondent herein on 14.03.2018.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, despite lapse of considerable length of time, no action has been taken on the representation, dated 14.03.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein.

Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the second respondent to verify the said representation and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law.

For the foregoing reasons, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the second respondent herein to verify the representation, dated 14.03.2018, said to

have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
