This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.P.No.25 of 2016 from the file of the Family Court, Karimnagar, and transfer the same to Family Court, Warangal. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for both the parties. 3.

The main allegation made by the petitioner is that the father of the respondent is working in judicial department in Karimnagar. 4.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the father of the respondent died in the month of September 2018.

In view of the death of the respondent's father, the apprehension of the petitioner seeking transfer of O.P.No.25 of 2016 is not tenable. Hence, the very purpose of filing of this transfer petition became infructuous.

In the result, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is made clear that the dismissal of this petition does not preclude the petitioner to avail the remedies available to her under law.
