THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.7 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C. to withdraw Arbitration Appeal No.124 of 2013 from the file of III Additional District Judge, Tirupati, and transfer the same to any of the civil Courts at Hyderabad.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedy available to him under law including filing of similar petition before the appropriate forum.
