There is no representation for petitioner in the forenoon as well as in the afternoon.

From the prayer, it appears that the petitioner complains against the inaction of respondents in disposing of the representation said to have been filed on 27.10.2008. With the passage of time, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petitioner further.

Writ petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
