This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.3 in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 and 5.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that respondent No.3 never interfered with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 and 5; and that the respondent police never called the petitioner to police station or insisted to settle the civil disputes with R4 and R5. It is also stated that neither the petitioner nor respondents 4 and 5 came to police station and given any complaint/petition.
Recording the aforesaid written instructions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5 and also not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioners, except in accordance in with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _______________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 18.09.2018 t k.
