THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.6389 of 2014 ORDER:

There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 02.01.2020. However, learned Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that the application filed by the petitioner to release him pursuant to the orders passed in G.O.Ms.No.220 Home (Parole) Department, dated 28.09.2013, has already been rejected. Therefore, the matter was posted to today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, in spite of the matter listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter diligently.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
