The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ or order, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not acting on the representation of the petitioner dated 09-11-2016 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to consider and take suitable action on the representation of the petitioner dated 09-11-2016. Heard and perused the material available on record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation, dated 09-11-2016 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
