HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO. 979 OF 2013 O R D E R :

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner against the orders dated 04/12/2012 passed in I.A.No. 4982 of 2012 in OS.No. 1037 of 2008 by the IV-Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy district, closing the petition filed by the petitioner under Order-39, Rule-1 and 2 read with section 151 of CPC seeking to grant temporary injunction restraining the respondents, their men, followers, agents etc., from in any way interfering with the possession and enjoyment over the suit schedule property, pending disposal of the suit.

2. When the matter is listed today, it is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that O.S.No. 1037 of 2008 was decreed on 30/12/2015 and nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this CRP shall stands dismissed.
