O R D E R
The case of the petitioner is that he has purchased an extent of Ac.1-01 cents in Sy.No.44/7 of Gudali Village, Kota Mandal, SPSR Nellore District under registered sale deed bearing document No.482/1991 dated 26.8.1991. Out of the said extent, he sold an extent of Ac.0.63 cents to one Gangi Reddy Ramana Reddy. The petitioner is in possession of remaining extent of Ac.0-48 cents. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that though he has been approaching the respondents for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds, there is no response from them and hence aggrieved by their inaction, filed the present writ petition.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner has not made any application under Form- 6-A of A.P. Rights in Land Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, giving liberty to the petitioner to make necessary application in Form 6-A of 1989 Rules. When such an application is filed, the competent authority is directed to disposed of the same in accordance with law.
No order as to costs.
