ORDER

This writ petition was filed challenging the order dated 15.7.2016 cancelling the deputation of the petitioner on the ground that some of her relatives made complaints against her and her parents and requested to take action.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the first respondent is willing to consider the case of the petitioner favourably in case she withdraws the writ petition.

In the circumstances, in order to enable the first respondent to consider the case of the petitioner by reviewing the order dated 15.7.2016, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach this Court as and when fresh cause of action arises.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
