THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.889 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners for quashing the F.I.R. in crime No.77 of 2012 on the file of Burgampahad Police Station, Khammam District. Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that after completing investigation in the matter, the police have filed charge sheet on 30.08.2012, which is taken on file as C.C.No.485 of 2012 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bhadrachalam, and the case is posted to 18.06.2015 for trial. In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending in this petition, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
