HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31903 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the day to day life of the petitioners and harassing them with regard to the alleged complaint given by the 5th respondent for implementation of memo of the Wakf Board dated 03.10.2013 which is the subject matter of OS.No.64/2015, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the 5th respondent dated 08.08.2018, the same was enquired into after entering the same in General Diary. During the course of enquiry the Inspector of Police & SHO, I Town P.S., Eluru, on 31.08.2018, called the petitioner over phone for the purpose of enquiry, and thereafter considering the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2018, concluded the enquiry as the same is in civil nature, submitted a report to the Superintendent of Police, Eluru on 01.09.2018.

Recording the aforesaid written instructions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
