The Hon'ble Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao Civil Revision Petition No.2972 of 2014 Dated 30.10.2015 O r d e r :

1. After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition with liberty to file appropriate application seeking appointment of an Advocate-Commissioner for localization of the suit schedule property in the Court below.

2. Granting the liberty as sought, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. The Court below shall also endeavour to dispose of the suit expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
