THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 358 OF 2017 O R D E R:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 07.02.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No.3953 of 2017.

In the affidavit filed in support of the contempt case, the petitioner states that the respondent tried to demolish the shed. This is only a proposed action. There is no reason for this Court to presume that Vijayawada Municipal Corporation would not follow the due procedure before any action is taken against the petitioner.

Hence, the contempt case is dismissed.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand closed.
