HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.27915 of 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the 7th respondent in closing the primary schools with effect from academic year 2011-2012.

After filing the writ petition, no interim order was granted, as a result of which, the primary schools which were ordered to be closed from the academic year 2011-2012 did not function. The united State of Andhra Pradesh was bifurcated subsequently. In view of the same, it is open to the petitioner to apply afresh to the Telangana State Government if any grievance subsists.

Reserving such liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
