- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1786 OF 2017 ORDER :
This Court in W.P.M.P.No.11696 of 2017 in W.P.No.9446 of 2017 directed to examine the claim of the petitioners with reference to the nature of duties and responsibilities discharged by them and qualifications possessed by them and if the petitioners are found to be otherwise suitable to hold the post and are discharging the same duties and responsibilities, they should be paid minimum of the time scale attached to the post. 2.
Learned Government Pleader produced proceedings No.A5/585/17 dated 21.09.2017 issued by the District Panchayat Officer, Nagarkurnool, holding that petitioners are not entitled to the minimum time scale of pay to the post claimed to have been working.

Since a decision is already made, it cannot be said that the respondents have committed contempt of the order of this Court. 4.
Contempt case is accordingly closed. It is always open to the petitioners to work out their remedies as available in law. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
