THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.19894 of 2016 ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioners that they have purchased the ground floor of house bearing No.1-11-167/2/D1, built on Plot No.6 situated in Sy.No.114/1 of Shyamlal buildings area, Begumpet, Hyderabad, vide Registered Sale Deed No.6053 of 2013, dated 09.12.2013, belonging to respondents 5 and 6, for which there was a water connection. However, 4th respondent got transferred the said water connection in his favour, thereby depriving the water connection to the petitioners. As it is the case of the petitioners that they had brought to the notice of the 3rd respondent by making a representation dated 11.03.2016, and this Writ Petition is filed seeking to direct the respondent authorities to consider the said representation in accordance with law and procedure.

Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 11.03.2016 and take necessary steps in accordance with law, within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
