Mr. K.S.Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition can be disposed of in terms of the interim order by which power supply was restored, with liberty to the respondents to take appropriate action, if they so desire, in accordance with law. Mr. R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 has no objection for passing such order. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the interim order, with liberty to the respondents to take appropriate action against the petitioner, if they so desire, in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand closed. No order as to costs.
