HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI C.C.No.2037 OF 2022 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 06.12.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21756 of 2020.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for the respondents had submitted that the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court and issued proceedings dated 04.01.2023.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the said fact.

In view of the same, the contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings dated 04.01.2023.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
