THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11052 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.3 in C.C.No.858 of 2015 on the file of XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, at Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law including filing of petition under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. to recall the non-bailable warrant (NBW) issued against her.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to avail all the remedies available to her under law including filing of petition under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C.to recall the NBW issued against her. The trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the petition to be filed by the petitioner under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. on the same day in accordance with law. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
