Rt No. 517 of LET & F (Lab-II) Department dt. 22.04.2010 as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and consequently set side the said G.O. "Though Writ Petition is of the year 2011, counter was not filed even after four years.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Labour seeks time for filing counter.
It is unfortunate that having issued the impugned G.O. the Labour Department has failed to file counter, which shows their attitude to defend their case in the Court of law.
In view of the same, Rule Nisi. Call for records. Notice returnable in four weeks."
