2017-11-08M.S.Ramachandra Rao1 pages

THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.27034 of 2017 ORDER :

Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

2.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied to the 2nd respondent for renewal of his certificate of practice as a 'Notary' which had expired in 2011, and that the 2nd respondent has not considered the same.

3.

Since there is no evidence of submission of any application recently by petitioner for renewal of his certificate of practice, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh application to the 2nd respondent seeking renewal of certificate of practice as 'Notary' under the Notary Act, 1952 to the 2nd respondent; and within six (06) weeks on filing of such application by petitioner, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law and communicate his decision to petitioner.

4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.

5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
