Petitioner contends that he made representation dt.26.02.2016 to the 3rd respondent for mutation of petitioner's name in revenue records in respect of the subject land, but the 3rd respondent has not considered the same till date. 2.
The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the petitioner should file an application in Form 6A as prescribed under the A.P. Rights in lands and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act') and if such an application is filed by the petitioner before the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent will pass orders thereon within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of such an application and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file an application in form 6A as prescribed under the Act before the 3rd respondent; and if such an application is filed by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same and pass orders thereon within a period of six
(06) weeks from the date of receipt of said application and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
